Scholastic GO! The Etiwanda School District has a paid subscription for Scholastic GO (formerly Grolier Online)!. This wonderful online research tool provides access to news, images, articles, video, sound, and more. All students in the Etiwanda School District can access Scholastic GO! from school and home for free by clicking on the Scholastic GO! Icon. For home use, you need to obtain the login and password information from your school librarian or you may click here to get the login information for online resources. Please note that the student must be signed into their district/school issued Google account to access this information. Students in kindergarten and first grade should contact their teacher for their log-in. If you have questions, please email district library staff at library@etiwanda.org.


Gale eBooks The Gale Virtual Reference Library hosts a collection of eBooks for Etiwanda School District student use at home and in the classroom. These non-fiction eBooks include whole books, articles, and images from Gale, DK, Encyclopedia Britannica and more. Students can also link to their Google accounts to save information, notes, bibliographies and more to their Google Drives. For home use, you need to obtain the password from this document. Please note, that the student must be signed in to their district/school issued Google account to access this information. CultureGrams The aim of ProQuest CultureGrams has been to foster understanding and appreciation of the world's countries and peoples by creating and publishing concise, reliable, and up-to-date cultural content. It contains concise cultural information on countries around the world.

eLibrary The ProQuest eLibrary is a massive collection of multidisciplinary periodical and digital media content, designed for middle and high school students. Editorially created pages provide valuable context for both common and more unusual topics of research. All content is 100% full-text, including documents from books, magazines, journals, newspapers, photographs, transcripts, and videos. The collection covers a wide range of subjects.

eLibrary ProQuest Central Student contains millions of articles from more than 10,000 full-text scholarly journals in science, technology, education, social sciences, humanities, and news.

SIRSDiscoverer ProQuest SIRS Discoverer is a general reference database for elementary and middle school learners and researchers covering reading, language arts, current events, science, social studies, history, health, and technology. SIRS Discoverer provides editorially-selected, indexed, and curated materials from over 2,100 newspapers, magazines, and websites offering guided research for young researchers.

SIRS Issues Researcher ProQuest SIRS Issues Researcher is geared towards upper elementary and middle school students. Thousands of hand- selected, authoritative newspaper and magazine articles, graphics, charts, maps, primary sources, government documents, websites, multimedia, as well as critical thinking questions, and timelines help broaden student comprehension of each topic. Topics cover over 300 social, scientific, health, historic, economic, political, and global issues.

Research Companion ProQuest Research Companion has 10 self-guided tutorials that develop critical thinking skills needed to effectively research a topic.

eBook Central ProQuest Ebook Central lets you quickly and easily find relevant ebooks and chapters; read online; search within the ebook; and highlight, take notes and bookmark pages in your online copy, stored on your bookshelf for you. You can also share your research with others, download ebooks and chapters to your laptop or mobile device, and more.

Britannica Escolar Escolar is the leading knowledge-building resource that is universally trusted for accurate and age-appropriate content in Spanish.

 


Rancho Cucmamonga The Rancho Cucamonga Public Library has a wide range of online databases that can be accessed if you have a valid card for the Rancho Cucamonga Public Library. SB County The San Bernardino County Public Library has a wide range of online databases that can be accessed if you have a valid San Bernardino County Library Card. To gain access from home, you will need to have your library card handy so you can enter the # as requested for the various databases.

 


 

Discovery Education Streaming Discover Education Streaming hosts thousands of educational videos, audio, images, text, and interactive boards for Etiwanda School District student use at home and in the classroom.
